I help finance teams move from manual to automated — before they have to.
7+ years in Big-4 finance across India & the Netherlands. Now at the intersection of deep finance expertise and practical AI implementation — helping companies build the finance function of the next decade.
Most finance professionals understand the numbers. Most AI tools don't understand finance. I sit in between. I've spent 7+ years inside the balance sheets of banks, insurers, and PE funds — and the last few years figuring out exactly where AI can replace the manual work, and where human judgment still matters. That combination is rare. And increasingly, it's what companies need.
I grew up in finance. Started as an articled assistant in Bengaluru, worked my way through Big-4 audits across sectors, moved countries, and somewhere along the way started noticing that the job I was doing was changing faster than most people in the room were willing to admit.
The AI piece isn't a side interest. I've been building it into my actual work — using it on real engagements, pitching it to partners, joining innovation teams. I think the finance professionals who figure out how to work alongside these tools — rather than pretend they don't exist — are going to be the ones who matter in 10 years.
Outside of work: motorcycles, basketball, dramas, and collecting other people's stories like they're alternate versions of my own. Based in Almere, the Netherlands. ACCA (9/13 papers), CA Finalist, B.Com (8.2 CGPA).
Thinking out loud about AI, finance, and what happens when the two collide. Written for finance professionals who want to understand where this is going — before it arrives.
If you're a company figuring out how AI fits into your finance function — or a recruiter looking for someone who can do both — I'd like to talk.
